About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Analyst supports Ventro's consulting engagements by conducting rigorous analysis, building frameworks, and turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will work alongside senior consultants to help clients design better strategies and build more efficient operations.
This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who enjoys digging deep into business problems and presenting well-structured solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of business operations, financials, and market data
- Develop operational process maps, gap analyses, and improvement plans for clients
- Build financial models, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
- Research industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and best practices relevant to client engagements
- Prepare structured reports, slide decks, and data visualisations for client presentations
- Support implementation of strategic plans including KPI tracking and milestone monitoring
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and management frameworks
- Coordinate with clients to gather data, schedule reviews, and document outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy, or a related field
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
- Excellent written communication — ability to produce polished reports and presentations
- Structured thinking: ability to break complex problems into logical components
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with multiple clients and shifting priorities
